The Board of Perry Township Trustees met in Regular Session on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room in East Liberty.  Roll Call; John Brose, present, Jeff Rosebrook, present, Terry Cook, present, and Cindy Stalling present.  Also present was  Rhonda Cook, Bonnie Brose, Keith Montgomery, Josh Levan, Aaron Litwin, Larry Wellington, Dustin Cook, Rylan Cook, Dave Frangis, Daina Welty, Kacy Welty and Joy Litteral.

   All stood and said the Pledge of Allegiance.

    The minutes of the previous meeting was given to the Trustees to read prior to this meeting.  Mr. Brose asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes and then asked if there were any additions or corrections the financial statements that were given to the Trustees from the fiscal officer.  They both stand approved.

  Mr. Rylan Cook (age 4 ) asked the Trustees for 2 new spring rider toys for the park.  He had a magazine to show the Trustees what ones he would like to have.  He would like to have a spaceship and a motocross bike.  The Trustees talked to him about these toys and why he wanted them.  Then Mr. Jeff Rosebrook made a motion to purchase these toys, seconded by Mr. Terry Cook.  Brose, yes, Rosebrook, yes and Cook, yes.  Mr. Brose will place the order. 

     Fire Chief Keith Montgomery reported that ALL the fire trucks are fixed and in good shape. 

     The Chief reported that the department would like to join CE Solutions, it is a company that does training off of the internet.  The trainings are for EMT, Fire and Haz-Mat at a cost of $70.00 per person for 2 years.  There is an old laptop at the fire house that they can use for this. After a lot of discussion on this, Mr. Jeff Rosebrook made a motion to join this company, seconded by Mr. Terry Cook.  Brose, yes, Rosebrook, yes and Cook, yes.

     Mr. Terry Cook reported that the new storage shed at Temperance St. is up.

   Mrs. Stalling had contracts for Johnson Excavation and one from TRC for the Trustees to sign.

     There has been some tombstones knocked over in Jeff’s cemetery (North Greenfield).  They will set them later this week.  We have a guy coming to do the lifting for this.

     We got recalls on the 2014 and 2011 trucks.  John will call and get these set up.

These are emission recalls.
