The Board of Perry Township Trustees met in Special Session on Monday, December 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Community Room in East Liberty.  Roll Call; John Brose, present, Jeff Rosebrook, absent, Terry Cook, present, and Cindy Stalling, present.  Also present was Bonnie Brose, Mitch Current, Dave Cook and Leah Lookabaugh.

    The purpose of this meeting is our Year-end meeting.    

    All stood and said the Pledge of Allegiance. 

    The minutes of the previous meeting was given to the Trustees to read prior to this meeting.  Mr. Brose asked if there were any additions or corrections to the minutes and then asked if there were any additions or corrections to the financial statements that were given to the Trustees from the fiscal officer.  They both stand approved by the trustees.

     Mrs. Bonnie Brose thanked the township for helping with the PTEC events throughout the year.

     Mr. Dave Cook reported that they got the new larynexscope.   As of today the EMS has had 124 runs.  The squad is fixed, the shoreline wasn’t letting it charge.

     The auto-pulse was brought up, and Mr. Brose reported that he is going to call Brandy and see if she can give him more information on the devise.  He is then going to call Andrea from BWC and see if she will help him write up the grant information, so we can apply for a BWC grant for the auto-pulse devise.

     Mr. Terry Cook reported that he had one funeral since the last meeting.

     Mr. Cook reported that the snow plow is on the truck and ready to go.

      Mr. Mitch Current brought up about getting Mr. Kyle Brugler a new set of turn-out gear as his is outdated.  Mr. Brose made a motion for said purchase, seconded by Mr. Cook.  Brose, yes and Cook, yes.

     Mr. Cook brought up that he is going to go get some prices for picnic tables for the top shelter house at Perry Park.  He is going to get a quote for 12 or 13 tables from the Amish.

     Mrs. Stalling swore in re-elect Trustee, Mr. John Brose for his new term starting Jan. 1, 2016.

      The Records Commission had a short meeting with finding no records to be disposed of at this time.

       Mr. John Brose made a motion to pay the bills, seconded by Mr. Terry Cook.   Brose, yes and Cook, yes.
