then asked if there were any additions or corrections to the financial statements that were
given to the Trustees from the fiscal officer. They both stand approved by the trustees.
Mr. Brose brought up about the crack-fill machine. John sent Mr. Doug Henry, Zane Twp. Trustee, a video. John walked around the machine and pointed out some things, and Mr. Henry is going to try to sell the machine on Deals.Gov.
Trustees discussed about putting a reserve on the machine. They think maybe around $10,000.00 to $12,000.00. Will run this by the other 2 townships and see what they think.
Mr. Brose reported that the concrete pad would be poured for the exercise equipment at the park tomorrow.
Mrs. Stalling reported that we have spent our Cares Act money. The Lucas devices are here but the video laryngoscopes are not here yet.
Mr. Baughman reported that the cemetery bases are poured for the fall. We will not be doing anymore until spring.
Mr. Cook reported that the lights on the walking track are done. The electric bill for the walking track lights has really went up. This is another reason we are changing to the LED lights, it should lower our bill, and we will keep an eye on it.
Mr. Brose reported that we are getting Shorty Fields to fix the spouting on the firehouse. We will have Shorty check out the lights on the Christmas tree too. Santa will be coming to town on November 29, and that is when the tree will be lit.
We got Del-Mar to cut some limbs down and a tree behind the store. We have a couple of dead trees that need to be removed.
